Jake Krasnik, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Resiliency Group
Jake has over 30 years experience in directing all aspects of enterprise Information Technology in global IT organizations. His experience includes strategic planning, policy/governance and standards development, central shared services, technology development and deployment, enterprise infrastructure operations, performance monitoring, change management, outsource partner relationships, enterprise voice/data communications, finance and procurement, business re-engineering, and IT transformation, managed complex programs, projects, and initiatives in environments of change and growth. He accomplished this in the following industries: Manufacturing, Financial Services, Transportation and Logistic, Hospitality, Retail, Professional Services, and Software Development.
Jake's current practice area has been in successfully developing and deploying Business Resilience Management program and practices within client organizations. His clients have included those with national and international presence in a wide variety of industries
Jake possesses good business acumen and a unique combination of leadership and technical expertise. He is very capable of driving both technical staffs and management teams to achieve corporate goals and to implement cost-effective business practices in both domestic and international venues.
Jake earned his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the Polytechnic University of Minsk, Belarus.
Vickie Selep, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Resiliency Group
Vickie has over 25 years of experience in the Business and Information Technology sectors delivering business value through business and architectural analysis and development of a variety of systems and applications. She has extensive experience analysis, design, development, deployment and project management of large business systems initiatives. Vickie is a self-motivated professional with a solid career track record of effectively working with clients on understanding their requirements and delivering viable solutions and services.
Vickie's current practice areas have been focused on working with clients on developing Business Continuity Management strategies, standards, capabilities, tools, training, and solutions.
Vickie holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and a Masters of Liberal Studies, combining her education background with a strong drive to deliver practical results. Vickie also teaches in the Information Technology department of a local university.
Bill Thorsen, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Resiliency Group
Bill has over 25 years experience in the Business and Information Technology sectors enabling business growth and risk reduction strategies through use of new technology, services and process improvements. He has delivered a wide-range of business solutions and capability improvements across the Financial, Banking, Retail, Marketing, Travel, Hospitality, e-Commerce, Food Goods, Manufacturing, Distribution, Industrial, and Telecommunication industries.
Bill has solid, practical experience across multiple Business and IT disciplines including strategic planning, enterprise architecture, systems architecture, analysis, design, deployment and operations of business systems, infrastructure and supporting services. Bill's current practice areas have been focused on working with clients on developing Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, Business and IT Resilience, and Information Security strategies, capabilities, standards, training and solutions. Bill is an energetic, self-motivated professional with a solid career track record of effectively working and communicating at all Business and IT levels to deliver solutions and enable change.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kean College NJ and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Systems Processing from SUNY Farmingdale.
Bruce Mayer, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Resiliency Group
Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the Business and Information Technology sectors delivering enterprise technology infrastructure standards and has managed the development and deployment of a variety of software applications. His experience includes enterprise and application architecture, application development, business process improvement for Engineering, Travel, Marketing and the Financial Services industries. Bruce is a delivery-oriented, hands-on executive with extensive background in architecture, software development, process development, strategic planning, governance & project management.
Bruce's current practice areas have been focused on working with clients on developing Business Continuity Management, Governance and Crisis Management and Response strategies, capabilities, tools, training and solutions.
His communication skills and executive presence have allowed him to manage organizations through technology and business process changes and lead them in leveraging technologies to meet business objectives.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University
